Scheduler & On-Call Coordinator (part-time or full time)

Our team is passionate about providing dependable care and peace of mind to families. We're looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our scheduling and on-call team. This (part-time or full time) role involves being in the office and participating in a shared rotation of evening and weekend on-call coverage.  

What You’ll Do: 

• Coordinate care coverage and scheduling adjustments 
• Respond to client and caregiver concerns 
• Use our software to track communication and updates 
• Answer after-hours calls and address urgent or time-sensitive care and staffing needs
• Support a team that’s dedicated to caring for others 

What We're Looking For: 

• Strong communicator with a calm, professional phone manner 
• Organized, tech-savvy, and quick-thinking 
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred
• Availability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• Team player with a heart for service
